Nice house

This wonderful house I spotted while making a strawl down town. It must be great to live in such a house. This type of houses were built around 1890-1910. I guess that is called the 'Belle Epoch'?

Early in the morning

A shot early in the morning, I leave the house at 07:00 these few day the weather is actually quite hot 24 degrees. That makes the morning extra enjoyable.

Blossoms

A shot just like Vincent van Goghs Almond Blossom painting....
Really it is, this particular painting of Vincent used to be pink blossoms. However the paint lost it's pink over time. So I am very close to the original.. :)

There are a lot of curious cats in my neigborhood, let's see if this one wants some attention.

I find this really awesome work of Joshua.I don't think I would buy it, but if I had no worries of money; I would be tempted.

Around since 1660

Around since 1660... I saw this gate when I made a short touristic walk when I was visiting a client. It belongs to a church building of that age, 350 years is not that much really.. :)

Metal

This saterday I joined in a cicly tour called 'Te Hooi en te kunst'. Local artists were exposing their art.
One of the works I really loved. A guy makes figures of rusting metal. I will do some posts of his work the coming days.

Deli snacks

We joined a Deli walk last saturday. Different local restaurants presented little snacks. We made a mistake however and started with the dessert and ended with the starter..


This was an apple crumble with yoghert icecream.. .always a success!

Gouda market

A shot taken at the market of Gouda last saturday, the day was so warm you could almost wear your shorts. Some people actually did.

Market dog

On the market I saw this dog at a specific stand. The owner is very fond of his dog I noticed when I started a chat with him. He is called Pipi and comes from Poland. He is one of the main attractions of his stand...
