Flowers

I made a short round to see what is interesting to shoot for Daily. I guessed that a lot of the scenes and things people are doing are similar all over the world.

In the supermarket I thought this must look the same everywhere, except maybe for this shot. Each supermarket, big or small sells flowers. Two ladies are looking for a nice bunch of flowers to put on the table, give to a friend or something(when you bring a small visit it is a custom to bring some tulips are whatever). Do you see this kind of flower stalls also at your supermarket?

Sunny Day

It has been a sunny day today. We still have a National holiday day because Easter takes 2 days in Holland....:)

It is busy at icecream shop Torino. I never buy icecream there because I find them too greedy, 1 Euro for one small scoop.

Old Dutch Pastry Booth

The 'Old Dutch Pastry Booth' is in the centre (only during november and december) selling a type of bun backed in oil. I bought one yesterday and made a picture of the booth.


The lady who was selling the buns asked me to send her the link to the blog. She works part time at the booth, to help out the owners, and started when she was 16. She finds it great fun to do!

Inside the booth you can see a picture of our Queen.

Color Shop

The color shop, sells paints and paintings across the street. I have had a poster framed at this shop it was cheeper than the other options, but eventually I am not satisfied with his work and I can't get a refund.... :(
