Moorkop

Somebody is having his birthday at the office, time for a Dutch? treat; a Moorkop, choux pastry filled with cream, topped with chocolate and cream on top.

Yummie. You know that the 'original' is from Brabant, Jan de Groot in Den Bosch? Just a few steps outside the railway station.
