which means they must make a good profit.

Incidentally, one of the essential points of my planned visit to Holland is tasting local fish :)
Looks like a busy place.
Fish here is also more expensive and back when I was a boy mackerel was regarded as only good for bait now it can be seen for sale in most expensive stores.
