Each saturday there are cheese market stalls in the centre, selling mainly our local cheeses.
In the recent years I have developed a taste for old cheese. The coming days I will do some investigation on the cheese history of woerden.

Old cheese... mmm. It's like fine wine: it matures with age. The taste is often a fun experience, and when there's so much variety, it's easy to get lost in a world of cheese.
