We have windmill in etnographic museum, but I think, it doesn't work.
I visited Windmills Museum near Lille (Rijsel) -- they prepare flour and oil by their mills, but in fact, mainly to testing the windmills.

I don't think you can buy an ounce of flour, but I agree that probably it tastes the same.
