No it is really treu, this woman is having a cat on a leash... I never have seen that, she looked so serious and uninviting that I didn't ask. Probably there is a good reason for doing that...

Probably that is not a cat but a baby panther!
We have a woman on our street who walks her cat, too.
There is just something wrong with that. Cats are not dogs and don't need to be "walked".
